You do not need a polished brief to reach out. A short message covering the following gets a useful reply faster:

How quickly do you reply?
Most enquiries get a response within the same business day, often sooner. If you send a message in the morning (CET or EST), you can typically expect a reply before end of day.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes — most of my clients do not have a technical background. Part of the value I provide is translating product and business goals into clear technical decisions. You do not need to know the tech stack to have a productive first conversation.
What timezone do you work in?
I work remotely and collaborate with teams in Europe and the United States. My hours overlap with both CET (Central European Time) and EST (US Eastern). Async communication works well for most engagements, with scheduled calls for key milestones.
What is the minimum engagement?
The smallest engagements are fixed-scope advisory sprints — a code audit, an architecture review, or a rescue plan for a specific problem. These are typically a few days of focused work. Longer build engagements usually start with a scoping session and a clear first milestone.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If you have a standard NDA you need signed before sharing details, just include it with your message or bring it to the first call. This is common and not a blocker.
Can I get a quick opinion before committing to anything?
Absolutely. The free discovery call is exactly for that — no pitch, no commitment. If what you need does not fit my services, I will tell you that and point you in a better direction.
